On Sunday April 20, Salon Strategies launched the first Ethnic Business of Beauty Awards (EBBAs) at Strictly Business! 2008, its annual conference for the sector, in association with Luster's YOU Pro. It marks the first time that the beauty industry has recognised the innovators, entreprenuers, trainers and support organisations that keep the ethnic sector moving forward. The nominees and winners were enthusiastically received, but none more so than Winston Isaacs, who won the Lifetime Achievement award for his extraordinary contribution to the industry.
