Ethnic Beauty Business Awards

This year’s Ethnic Beauty Business Awards (EBBAs) were made possible by the Pan London Retail Consortium which consists of London College of Communication, Kingston College of Further Education and College of North West London.  This project paid for the development and delivery of Salon Strategies successful Business Boot Camp certificate for salon owners and managers, and allowed for an extensive London-wide mystery shopping programme which served to highlight those businesses that need further support and guidance.  The programme also uncovered individuals who, despite the odds, have shown innovation, creativity, passion for their clients and commitment to staff development.  Salon Strategies felt that the efforts of these businesses should not go unnoticed; so Anne Long-Murray asked her team of mystery shoppers to nominate those who excelled in different categories.
